Isabelle Violet

Welcome to our world little Isabelle! My dear friend Suzanne added another precious little girl to the all-girls club (Of "the girls" in my closest circle of friends, its ALL girls under the age of 5 - that's right. Little Isabelle is the 7th girl out of seven children)

Back to the topic - Isabelle Violet was born March 2, 2007 at approx 5:55 am weighing in at 8lbs 5 oz, 22" long, after a short but pain-filled labour. Way to go Suzanne...we're so proud of you. Thankfully mom and baby are happy and healthy. Dayle and I were lucky enough (or crazy enough) to drive to Boundary Trails tonight to see the little bundle of joy. Very sweet indeed. She's so tiny compared to our 16 month olds. All pink and warm and cuddly. I even got to change a poopy diaper while visiting.

I did take some pics but I would like Suzanne to have the honours of posting the first photos when she returns from the hospital. Judging by her appearance tonight, she should be home soon as she seemed to be doing very well physically.
